Submission Guideline

Innovation Competition

Participants will be required to submit a 5-minute video pitch along with supporting documents (IP, grants, LOi/MOU, publication).
Judging will be conducted based on the video pitch and the provided documentations.
The participation fee for each innovation is RM 150 (local) / RM 450 (international).
The submission deadline is 1 July 2024.
Payments and registration shall be made by 22 July 2024.
A special showcase of the innovations with Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT) will be held on 29 July 2024 at FTKIP, UTeM.
A participation certificate will be issued to each participant.
Awards for winners will be presented during the closing ceremony held at FTKIP, UTeM on 30 July 2024.

Participants will be required to submit the poster of their research with the provided template as the poster background (Template).
