• The participants are required to submit the full technical paper in the format given (Template) and the Copyright Agreement Form (Form).
• Accepted papers will be published in e-ISBN proceeding.
• The participation fee is RM 150 (local) / RM 450 (international).
• Notification of acceptance is 1 July 2024 15 July 2024.
• Payments and registration shall be made by 15 July 2024 17 July 2024.
• The presentation will be made online on 29 July 2024.
• A participation certificate will be issued to each participant.

• Submission of papers is not required for participation as a panelist.
• The mini-dialogue will be conducted within small groups, comprising at least four panelists and one moderator for each group, and will be run within 30 minutes period.
• Each group will be assigned a specific theme, and the panelists will be experts in their respective fields.
• The participation fee is RM 450 for each panelist.
• Payments and registration shall be made by 15 July 2024 17 July 2024
• Invitation letters and certificates will be issued to each panelist.
